A little bit about us…
For more than thirty-five years, we, Lynette E. Adams, Ph.D. and David Jay Morris (L& D),
have been living overseas and working with foreign companies, NPOs and governmental agencies.
Having visited more than 75 countries, we have learned first-hand the importance
of cross cultural understanding for effective international business.
David has been a business reporter and author,
protocol officer for the 1998 Nagano Winter Olympics,
the VP of a Japanese/American market research firm,
the manager of international communications for a Japanese company,
the US representative of a Japanese construction firm,
and co-host of a Japanese radio show.
He is now the international news editor of the Marianas Variety.
Lynette has a Ph.D. in speech/language and hearing studies,
for which she studied and did research in Iran before the fall of the Shah.
She has been a stage actress in the US,
acted in numerous television and radio advertisements in Japan,
wrote a bi-weekly column for a Japanese newspaper,
and was a special advisor to the Nagano City Board of Education.
She is the founder and chairperson of our company in Japan, L & D Enterprise KK.
L& D has helped European royalty, American movie stars, Olympic athletes,
members of the Japanese Imperial family and an American president.
